Deacon Ordination Service
March 30
3 PM

You are invited to attend the ordination service of 3 new deacons at Exciting Central: Patrick Roberts, Eric Watson, and Matt Wilson. Each has met the Biblical qualifications for deacons as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:8 – 13 and completed training in preparation for service. Immediately after the service, a reception will be held in the Fellowship Hall to celebrate.
Ministry Fair
April 6

Are you looking for an opportunity to serve at Central but don’t know where to start? On Sunday, April 6, immediately following service, there’ll be a Ministry Fair outside on the church grounds. Representatives from various ministries will be available to answer questions and provide information on volunteer opportunities. Small group classes will not meet that day and lunch will be provided.
Women’s “Crafter-noon” Fellowship

Ladies, join us for a fun afternoon of fellowship at AR Workshop, located at 1046 Bloomingdale Ave. in Valrico. During the workshop, instructors will provide step-by–step guidance for creating a home decor item. Whether you’re an experienced crafter or a first-timer, you’ll be sure to leave with an amazing project. Food and beverages will be provided. Ladies, join us at the Riverview Public Library starting on January 28 for a discussion of the book, Bad Girls of the Bible: And What We Can Learn from Them. With a little humor and a lot of encouragement, author Liz Curtis Higgs retells the stories of 10 infamous “bad girls” and how they point us to a merciful God who can transform our lives. Jesus is the foundation of Celebrate Recovery. Healing comes through having a relationship with Him. As we walk closer with Jesus, we find other people who walk alongside us to encourage us and keep us focused on our goal of freedom. Join us for group sessions on Thursdays at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.
